Our handcrafted focaccia is soft on the inside, crisp on the edges, and baked to golden perfection in quarter-sheet pans—perfect for sharing (or not). Made with a slow-fermented dough and finished with extra virgin olive oil, each variety brings its own rustic charm to the table.

Available Flavors:

• Sea Salt – Classic and clean, with a delicate briny crunch in every bite.
• Garlic – Flavored with a house-made roasted garlic confit.
• Rosemary – Earthy and aromatic, infused with fresh rosemary and topped with flaky sea salt.
• Tomato & Parm - Sweet and cheesy, infused with roasted tomatoes and grated parmesan cheese.
