Welcome to Dolceria Bakery! By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering & Lead Times

All bakery items are made fresh to order. Orders require a minimum 3-day lead time and must be placed online through our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, with a full refund provided.
If you are in need of an order today - please visit or call any of our Mercato Locations and see what they currently have available for you!

2. Pickup Only

Online orders must be picked up at one of our Mercato locations. During checkout, the system will automatically suggest the nearest pickup location, which you may change. Pickup is free of charge. We currently do not offer shipping or local delivery for online bakery orders. Larger Orders or Catering Events do offer delivery and please contact us to arrange it!

3. Payments

All payments must be made at the time of ordering through our secure online checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it is still inside the 3-day lead time. To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us.

5. Missed Pickups

We bake each order specifically for your scheduled pickup date. If your order is not picked up within 48 hours, we can no longer guarantee freshness and cannot offer a refund or remake. However, we will still do what we can to make it right with you!

6. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared or picked up. If you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details so we can evaluate and, if appropriate, offer a resolution.

7. Custom & Catering Orders

For large or custom catering orders, please contact us directly. Catering orders may be eligible for delivery, and custom terms will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

8. Website Use

All content on this website—including images, logos, and product descriptions—is the property of Dolceria Bakery and may not be used or reproduced without written permission. Misuse of the site or attempts to interfere with its function may result in termination of service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
