Born on the backbone of our family-run food businesses — from butcher counters at our Mercatos, to our Modern Restaurant Kitchens, Casa Bovina, and Aragon Tavern — Dolceria is where our love for honest ingredients and sunrise baking comes to life. Here, the ovens are always warm and the shelves are always stocked with fresh pastries: from pillowy cinnamon rolls and savory scrolls to handmade kolaches, apple turnovers, cupcakes, and classic cheesecakes.
