Refund & Order Policy

At Dolceria Bakery, everything we make is handcrafted with care and baked fresh to order. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any baked goods once they’ve left our kitchen.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours after the order is placed, provided it is still inside of the 3-day production window. To cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 402-480-1178.

Pickup Issues

If you miss your scheduled pickup window, we’ll do our best to coordinate a new pickup time, but we cannot guarantee product freshness after the original pickup date. Unclaimed orders beyond 48 hours are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Quality Concerns

We want every bite to exceed your expectations. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with a description and photos. While we can’t guarantee a refund, we will always do our best to make it right.
